We offer a fast, convenient Same Day Click & Collect service from our location in Chapel-En-Le-Frith. Because all our 3D Gel, 4D, and standard replacement plates are custom-made to order, please follow our simple step-by-step collection process below.

How It Works

1.Order Online:Step 1.

Select your plate style (Standard, 3D Gel, or 4D Laser Cut) on our website, enter your vehicle REGISTRATION, and complete your secure checkout.

2.Wait For Our Call:Step 2.

Once your order is received, a member of our team will review it and contact you directly via phone or text to provide your specific collection time slot.

3.Bring Your Documents:Step 3.

Bring your required legal documents (listed below) and head to our Chapel-En-Le-Frith location to collect your brand-new plates!

⚠️ Important: What You Must Bring to Collect Your Plates

As a registered number plate supplier, we are legally required by the DVLA to verify your identity and proof of entitlement before we can hand over your physical number plates.

Please ensure you bring one document from Section 1 AND one document from Section 2. We must see the original documents (no copies or photos on phones).

Section 1: Proof of Your Identity (Bring ONE)

• Driving License (Preferred)
• Utility Bill, Council Tax bill, or Bank Statement (Issued within the last 6 months showing your current address)
• Current Passport

Section 2: Proof of Registration Entitlement (Bring ONE)

• V5C Logbook (The full logbook or the green New Keeper's Slip)
• V778 Retention Certificate
• V11 Vehicle Tax Reminder
• V750 Certificate of Entitlement

Please Note: If you do not bring the correct original documentation, we cannot legally release your plates to you, and your collection will have to be rescheduled.
